Salthouse Marine Group (Primary Media: Sunday Star Times)
Launching a luxury brand to the mainstream media and the world.
Background: Salthouse Marine Group required a launch campaign to launch a new elite product range, boost brand awareness and promote the company's pedigree and export growth strategy.
Strategy: The launch campaign centred around the 'christening' of the 50' & 62' Salthouse Sovereign Sportsfisher models and involved pitching and facilitating one-on-one feature interviews involving key media. Media targets included: Major metropolitan dailies, TV, business and speciality publications.
Objectives: To publicise rollout of the inaugural Salthouse Sovereign Sportsfisher range. To position Salthouse Marine Group as a New Zealand-based creator of world class motor yachts. To increase the company's profile in the Australasian marketplace. To promote Salthouse Marine Group as a New Zealand success story – 100% Kiwi owned. To reinforce company pedigree and performance based on more than 50 years designing in the industry. To publicise publicise the company’s future international export rollout plan.

Sunday Star Times New Zealand's largest Sunday broadsheet newspaper with a circulation of 91 003 readers.
New Zealand Herald New Zealand's largest metropolitan daily newspaper with a circulation of 214 000 readers.
Business-To-Business Monthly business tabloid with a circulation of 38 000 readers.
Results: Achieved articles in two of New Zealand's largest broadsheets including on the masthead of the front page of business in the Sunday Star Times and the Business-To-Business monthly. Interviews were secured with Oyster Films for an upcoming 'At The Helm' TV show to be screened on SKY One and Prime contimuously for the Christmas period and special features with several boating industry trade publications. More stories to roll-out in the coming months in mainstream lifestyle magazines.
