Pioneering the launch of a website and managing site content.
Our Role: Our client, Landco Limited® wanted to establish a strong presence online, raise its profile globally and generate sales prospects.
Objectives: To create an interactive resource that encouraged repeat visits. To foster an online community. To raise the visibilty of Landco Limited®'s brand online.
Strategy: Firstly we identified the need for a website.The intention behind establishing a website was to build the brand of Landco Limited® online - focussing on a global audience.
Tactics: Markom sourced web design supplier, prepared creative brief, researched and wrote bodycopy, sourced imagery, responsible for ongoing maintenance and developing 'micro' sites for each new land development project or business unit introduced by the organisation.
Results: Since its inception www.landco.com has experienced an exponential rise in the number of unique sessions (visitors navigating around the site) from hundreds to thousands of impressions.The majority of web traffic originates from the four corners of the earth - predominantly from the US followed by New Zealand and even as far as China and Sweden.
