Effective copywriting to cut through the noise in a competitive marketplace.
Our Role: Markom identified via a marketing audit for our client, Landco Limited®, that each residential land development required its own print collateral, promotional brochure, website and print advertising campaign.
Objectives: To create the perception that Landco Limited® is a leading player in the land development industry in New Zealand and only involved in quality land developments.
Strategy: Markom developed an effective strategy that contained key messages, an analysis of competitor offerings and identified the profile of key 'publics' (audiences).
Tactics: We composed effective copy for all print collateral, brochures, 'micro' websites and print advertisements.
Results: Visitor numbers to each development's 'micro' website have increased exponentially and a comprehensive database of qualified lead prospects has been gathered as a result of an effective print advertising and direct mail campaign.
